Before you write
Three things make the answer useful
Without these, the reply is a question asking for them, and you have lost a day.
- 01The grade. Not the age. A Grade 11 learner and a Grade 11 syllabus are different problems.
- 02The topic that is going wrong. Trigonometry, calculus, geometry riders, financial maths. If you are not sure, say what the last test was on.
- 03What has already been tried. Extra classes, a tutor, past papers. It changes the answer, because the gap is usually further back than the topic that is failing.
